Privacy Policy

Athena Pasialis (we, us and our) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect and manage personal information and how to contact us if you have any queries about our management of your personal information.

Terminology

“Privacy Act” means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

“Personal information” has the meaning given in the Privacy Act. Examples include an individual’s name, address, email address and date of birth.

and any other information you provide to us when you make an enquiry, request information,

We do not generally collect sensitive information, and we will only collect sensitive information about you
with your consent (unless we are otherwise required or authorised by or under law to do so).

We also take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information when we no longer require it.

Access to and correction of your personal information

We will generally provide you with access to your personal information (subject to some exceptions permitted by law), but may charge an access fee to cover the cost of retrieving the information and supplying it to you.

Complaints

We may ask you to put your complaint in writing and provide details about it. We will inquire into your complaint and respond to you in writing within 30 days.
